The UniForum@UBC study is entering Year 3 of the program to collect information to better understand — at an organization level — our services and activities, and how those services are most-effectively aligned to our academic mission.
This fall, from October 28 to November 8, we will be deploying the a survey to over 4000 academic and professional staff at UBC, to gauge their satisfaction with the services they experience in their respective roles. These services include Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), Purchasing, Facilities Management, External Engagement, Research Administration, Student Support, and Teaching Development.
